Passion turns 114: happy birthday, Alfa Romeo!
114 years of Alfa Romeo, 114 years of emotion. On the weekend before 24 June, the Brand celebrated its 114th anniversary at the Museo Storico in Arese, where enthusiasts from all over the world gathered to take part in special events and activities.
On Saturday, 22 June, more than 180 cars paraded around the Arese circuit, kicking off the weekend's traditional birthday celebrations. The museum also hosted the annual Alfa Romeo Club Meeting: a unique event attended by over 50 clubs - not only from Europe but also from New Zealand, Venezuela, and South Africa - brought together by the same vibrant passion and eager to share projects and ideas for preserving and elevating the historical heritage of Alfa Romeo. This confirms the vitality of a community committed to promoting the most authentic values of the Brand: beauty, sportiness, and Italianness.
After a vintage spider parade, the Alfisti participated in a special race on the Arese circuit in collaboration with the Registro Italiano Alfa Romeo. Out of the 80 competing teams, Carolina Nocchi triumphed in a 1978 Spider Duetto, followed by a 1952 AR51 “Matta” and a 1966 Spider 2600 Touring. Pure passion on the racetrack!
